In addition to psychological therapies, weal-being therapies can be used to increase the level of psychological well-being of patients and decrease vulnerability to depression. Some Well-being therapies at Ocean Recovery are;

The combination of these therapies is extremely important and will help in your recovery. The addiction sufferer will be required to engage in the core aspects of the programme to ensure recovery. Each therapy will be discussed during a pre-admission assessment. The amount of therapies and intensity of the therapies can vary depending on the programme.

Social Activities

Social Activities are a key element in recovery. Sharing your journey with others that are experiencngin similar problems can encourage you to stick to your rehab treatment. At Ocean we encourage some of the below;
